Thalia (Athanasia) Papoutsaki is an architect at Forma Architecture, where she leads the development and coordination of the studio’s architectural concepts, from the initial design stage through to detailed resolution.
She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Museum Studies. This interdisciplinary background has shaped her interest in the relationship between architecture, place, memory, and human experience.
Her approach combines conceptual clarity with a careful understanding of context, materiality, and function. Through close collaboration with the studio’s design and technical teams, she works to create coherent architectural solutions that respond to the character of each site and to the everyday needs of the people who inhabit them.
Andreas Petropoulos MArch
Andreas Petropoulos is the team member primarily responsible for the interior architecture and interior design development of Forma Architecture’s projects. Through a design philosophy rooted in empathy, holistic thinking, and a human-centered approach, he shapes interior environments that combine functionality, atmosphere, materiality, and a strong spatial identity.
He studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed advanced postgraduate studies in 3D architectural visualization at the State of Art Academy in Venice. In 2011, he established his architectural practice in Kalamata.
His work has received numerous national and international architecture and interior design awards. Award-winning projects such as “EGO” All Day Exclusive Bar, “Sandalia Sti Stoa,” and “Daily Dose” have been distinguished by major institutions, including the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, the BIG SEE Interior Design Awards, the German Design Awards, and the HoReCa Awards.

Pierros Papadeas, holding a Master's degree in Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), is a founding partner at Forma Architecture. He is the driving force behind the firm's unwavering commitment to exceptional construction and meticulous attention to detail. Pierros brings a hands-on approach to every project, deeply involved in translating innovative designs into precisely executed realities. His expertise extends beyond conceptualization, ensuring that every material, joint, and finish is carefully considered and flawlessly realized. This dedication to the intricacies of the building process guarantees the highest quality in every completed structure, reflecting a profound understanding of how design intentions are brought to life through skilled craftsmanship and rigorous oversight.
